Business Outlook
Pros
Great community- loved the people who work there. Very easy to connect with others. Lots of opportunities to get involved and collaborate. The employees in general are very welcoming and genuinely good people.
Cons
Pay is becoming less and less competitive. There are supervisors who've been there for years who are outright toxic. There is definitely a work more with less mentality all around- which is typical of higher ed but worse here. Professional staff get over looked all the time while Faculty often get catered too which creates a terrible "us vs. them" mentality. The leadership at the top has change 3 times in 10 years which is nuts for a university.
