Pros
Without a doubt they have great clients across a broad cultural and geographical spectrum. The office is also in a great location. The team there (excluding Senior management) are very friendly!
Cons
Bullying in the workplace, no support or help given even when asked, a lot of talking behind your back, everyone is overworked to an impossible degree but still held to an incredibly high standard whilst being horrifically underpaid. I would specifically stress the horrible work environment that I would say took me a long time to recover from. Within my first few weeks, I was publicly shamed for making a mistake no one had shown me how to do. It was an incredibly unhealthy atmosphere and deeply distressing which left me miserable throughout my time there. Also the staff turnover is v high!
