Pros
SVI is small company with a very smart and tight team. It's great to be on a team where everyone pulls their own weight. You get to have a big impact on the whole company, which is something I never got at a big company. SVI is a very transparent company. They have an annual meeting where the whole company gets to see all the financials and have an input on the strategy. Lots of growth opportunity. I have learned a lot here and I got to be a part of meetings that I never would had a chance to be in at a big company.
Cons
There is a lot pressure and responsibility on everyone's shoulders. Management demands a lot and they really push you. Small-company life can always feel like a grind, especially to some people.
