      Great Company with a Progressive Mindset - Anonymous employee SVM Cards Employee Review

      Pros

      They offer a very employee first mindset. A lot of decision made by upper management have the best interest of the team as a whole in mind. It is a relaxed work environment where individuals are not micro managed. Management trust you to be able complete your daily responsibilities with out the need of constant supervision. The office building is modern with a big lunch area, gym, ping pong table and an awesome patio to be able to take your lunch breaks. The company also offers full benefits at a fair cost.

      Pros

      A fantastic group of people. The environment is casual and the people are top notch. I read the comments before mine, and the few negatives listed have not been my experience at all. At SVM, you get out exactly what you put in. I work hard. I respect my coworkers. I help wherever I can. I appreciate everything the company does for me, big and small. Everyone has been phenomenal, and my experience has been great. They are always looking to improve, and I commend their efforts.

      Cons

      No workplace is 100% perfect, but I give SVM a 98%!
