Pros
Great Engineers & Technicians to work with. Product line is fun to work on & see come together. Very relaxed place when owner is out of the building.
Cons
Great stress put on every employee. Unrealistic demands put to employees by owner on a constant basis. Owner constantly berates and intimidates employees at meetings. When the owner is in the building there is nothing but hostility in the air!
