You will learn how bad a company can be so you can recognize it in the future

No management, poor communication, bad organization. Old unsafe equipment, poor safety standards, toxic work environment. Terrible pay for what they expect out of there workers, no inside promotions, no raises. Sharing rooms with strangers when out of town, poor per diems, warehouse is unmanaged and against technicians. Equipment check lists for shows is wrong everytime. CEO is toxic and out of touch

Its work, good tech's but see cons. Good freelancer place.

What good technicians they have are over worked and do not have time to teach, guide, or offer advice. This makes for sometimes dangerous working conditions. No training. Not a place to start as a new person to the industry. Little respect for people. Do not expect to be thanked or appreciated. You will be blamed and thrown under the bus for mistakes that may or may not be your fault. You must cover your self. Do not expect teamwork. Do not expect training. Be aware that they will offer it and promise it but it will not come to be. They simply do not have the time or respect for people to offer training.
