Pros

Uncapped Bonuses 4x10 schedule with Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays off You can seek help from anyone rather it’s managers or other people on the floor. Flexible schedule

Cons

Training is not structured well at at. 4 days of watching PowerPoint presentations, then thrown on the floor expected to perform like tenured agents. Training is way too short. “Nesting” consists of outbound calls for about 2 or 3 weeks. Typically in call centers, during this period QA is scoring calls and the trainer tells you what they listen for and how to succeed but not here at SWC. PTO is accrued vs. given a bank at the beginning of the year to plan vacation. $12/hr base pay, most is $13/hr working the late shifts. Small organization, no advancement opportunities. Benefits don’t start until 60 days after start date. This is hard collections so a lot of ppl hang up or curse you out but you just have to remember it’s not your debt, it’s theirs (consumers). High turnover, $12 is not enough to handle back to back calls. Although bonuses are uncapped, there’s no guarantee that it’s going to be given based upon your performance. Managers gossip about employees to managers and other employees which is highly unprofessional.
