      Pros

      My team is great and there are a lot of good people at Sweco. I’m constantly learning and feel like I’m doing something. I find the work very interesting. The quality of managers is much better than I’ve seen elsewhere

      Cons

      HR policies around flexible working and 4 day work weeks seem behind other competitive consultancies. As is the nature with consultancies, it can be a high pressure environment in terms of work winning and achieving deadlines. This can have downsides in terms of work life balance.
