Where should I start from! Starting from the HR, I've a unique experience in all of my 8 years of jobs, wherein a HR can't even read the PPT properly. Joining SWECO, I thought I would get a brilliant experience of an MNC and how efficiently it works. Rather I got dropped into pile of cow dung with people around me tending to eat it rather than questioning the stuff they are surrounded by. The HODs are unfortunately not professional enough to understand how to run a company. They are just there to save their seats and love to be surrounded by people who lick their boots. Ending with,don't freaking join!
