      Work life balance, basically there is no work to do, if you call it a balance!!!

      Cons

      - used to be a good place but all smart people left the company - leadership do not care about business and employees - low pay - No motivation

      Great Benefits, vacation time is quickly earned, progressions every quarter, usually opportunities to change jobs within the company, supervisors are personal

      Cons

      Management can be a little too laid back when it comes to discipline and leadership Wrong people tend to get promoted and rewarded based on popularity
