      Few untalented colleagues who might engage in excessive flattery, attention-seeking, or attempts to appear competent in order to conceal their weaknesses or shortcomings. High employee turnover and widespread dissatisfaction among staff. Most people are actively looking for other jobs. Technological tools and workflows are behind industry standards, making work inefficient and frustrating.

      Work is subject to the contract of their clients. No growth opportunities. The biggest client is going through cost-reduction exercises. Sword has struggled to gain clients in the United States. They have people dedicated to finding new clients but very little success.
