      Salaries are paid on time.

      Cons

      No job security. Almost everyone works as a contract staff in the Tech Engineering team. There are no benefits. You only get your salary and that’s all. No annual leave. Your salary will be debited, if you choose to take a break and go on a short vacation. Things change really fast. Layoffs happen every quarter. Toxic work culture. No work life balance. Think very well before accepting any offer.
