- Nice and friendly team - good, familary environment - kind of interesting DEV Stack (Angular Frontend and SAP HANA backend)

- Not focused enough on development - For an startup, very!! inflexible roadmap - Even with a roadmap, just a vision, not a plan - You don't have the feeling that your work affects anything - No experience in Web Development at all, even though the management "knows it better" - NO expert in anything available - Mostly no personal improvement for the development (AFAIK) - WAY to proud of SCRUM and the process for less than 4 developers...says it all - unfortunately no idea how to HR and no development in this area - bad quota 2 or 3 developers for more than 5 "business" people - some REALLY poor written javascript code - "somehow" no one wants to join the dev team

Great learning opportunity Very friendly dev team Transparent company, down to earth management and a pleasent working atomosphere Open to different tech (got to choose a preferred frontend framework when starting a new project) Flexibility and freedom under responsibility
