Pros

Based on other reviews I have seen, your experience really does depend on which office you work in. The Raleigh office is a well-oiled machine that is organized, ethical, and has a great team culture. Management goes out of their way to prioritize personal and professional development. The mentorship program in that office is a huge selling point for anyone looking at the internship program or wanting to get a start in sales and entrepreneurship.

Cons

Any cons I have brought up to management (which are standard for any sales job) have been addressed by the Raleigh management team.

Pros

- Great pay if you are performing well. - Best coworkers I've ever had. - ATLAS dealer managers treat you with respect and are always pushing you to learn, grow, and get better everyday. - Everyone is fun to be around and are team players. - Free Housing Accommodation for summer interns. - Bonus incentives for interns and full-time reps. - 6-figure pay potential for full time reps. - Strictly commission based pay so unlimited earning potential. - They train you and are constantly helping you gain knowledge on how to handle the sales process. - Monthly fun team activities like BBQ cookout or paintball.

Cons

- This is job itself is not easy by any means so there is high employee turnover. - You will get rejected A LOT. - Long work weeks 45-70 hours. - Work-life balance can be tough. - If you're not selling you're not making money so it can be stressful at times. - Organization could be better.

Pros

It’s a challenging environment in which to develop intrapersonal skills each day. The people around me call on me to level up constantly to show up for them and myself. The personal growth journey this industry navigates you through develops grit and character. I have a support system in my team that I am forever grateful for

Cons

It’s really hard. I was told it was hard, but I underestimated the difficulty of facing a daily onslaught of rejection. People aren’t nice and don’t know what I’ve been through when I knock on their door. The people I work with expect me to be the best version of myself and that’s hard to do when I’m feeling down or not myself. Commission based is a difficult journey as you learn how to develop the skill set to earn your checks
