      This is a turn over expected system. The leads are horrible. You can't sell a $30,000 product to people on welfare.

      Pros

      Excellent training - all remote. Excellent pay - great commission rate. Triple verified leads. Totally positive place to work, but you gotta produce.

      Cons

      If you can't close, you can't work there. You must be able to produce at least 10k a month in commission or you won't stay.
