Pros

Great people who really care about what they do. Very welcoming to new employees and everyone is willing to answer questions and help. They really want you to succeed. Customer service actually means something, it isn't just words or trying to get them off the phone. The managers really seem to care about their people and work with them. They are supportive and it doesn't feel like they ask about your day or weekend just to ask. They are listening when you answer. Full benefits and 2 weeks vacation instead of just one in your first year. Starting pay may not be the highest but there are two reviews a year so your pay can go up pretty fast.

Cons

It can hard working in the Central Station. Someone always has to be here so if there are call outs somebody else has to stay or come in. It isn't like a regular customer service job. We are here to protect our customers all the time so that means staffing all the time. Work load can go from nothing to crazy in 10 seconds. Sometimes customers are frustrated and there isn't anything you can do to fix it, but you still have to take the call.

Pros

Very few. Weekends off. Do not micro manage.

Don’t know where to start. First off don’t believe that five star review as that has been written by their VP. They will bring you into an interview. Tell you what you want to hear. “We have great training.” “One of the largest dealers in CO.” And so fourth. The actual headquarters is in Chicago Illinois. Bought out by a company who pays absolutely 0 attention to safe systems who needs help. The turnover rate is egregious. In less than a few years over 100 people have joined and left the company. But it’s not their fault. There is absolutely no training whatsoever. You better learn on your own or screwed. Furthermore. Your commissions may never get paid or take an average of 6 months to obtain. The two senior level sales guys you will never see and are greedy. May have accounts stolen from you. The customers have absolutely no idea what they are getting into. All the reviews on google are just customers they asked after a good experience. Where if you work there. Absolutely nothing but problems. This all stems from their upper management or “vps” that have no credentials or proper experience to run a company. Hence the turn over rate. Oh also they cut your salary after 1 year. FYI
