Pros

Deliberately anti-toxic work culture. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. Big believers in work life balance, career growth, and personal fulfillment. They pay very well as well and it's part of the company DNA to do so.

Cons

No cons. None. Zilch. Is this 5 words yet?

Pros

Coming on my 3 year anniversary with SafeBreach, and I'm just so grateful to be part of such an amazing, smart and caring group of people. I've always felt like the best version of my personal and professional self here, thanks to a wonderful manager, flexible work arrangements, trustworthy leadership and a great sense of belonging across the board.

Cons

Like any organization, SafeBreach has had its ups and downs, the important thing is approaching every challenge with a flexible mindset, unpredictability and unforeseen circumstances will happen constantly, so you just have to be prepared to shift and pivot when needed

Pros

Fantastic product that is valued by enterprise-level customers. While some competitors in the space are trying to reach the F1000, SafeBreach has already achieved it! Even better is the reputation, analysts, media etc. all respect the tech. Great labs/research team - this is a huge differentiator for SafeBreach. They made my job easy, by always having fresh perspectives which we could use to increase awareness Team - I am biased, but they are the best marketing, sales, and CS teams I have ever worked with. The founders are very well respected in the market, while the product, labs, security and R&D teams are beyond exceptional. G&A (finance/HR) are always look to ensure employees are engaged and really do care about feedback.

Cons

Like most companies in this space, they went through a round of layoffs, increasing the workloads. However, management is aware and always looking for ways to be more efficient to support more balance.
