They have habitually hired and assisted with those wishing to break into the P&C Insurance world and can serve as an easy in to Underwriting as a job title.
Cons
In the span of two years, I've worked for five different supervisors, two of which were unceremoniously fired. The turnover/retention of employees is atrocious. Experienced insurance professionals will quickly realize that if you don't come in at a decent rate of pay, you will see newly licensed individuals making similar or better pay.
