SafeRide Health provided a collaborative and mission-driven work environment focused on improving patient access to care. I appreciated the opportunity to work alongside supportive team members in a fast-paced setting that strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and real-time coordination skills. The role offered valuable exposure to healthcare logistics, insurance processes, and compliance standards, while contributing to meaningful outcomes for patients who depend on reliable transportation.
Cons
Personally, the biggest con was the inability to pick the schedule nor have a schedule change to your favor. If anything, it just kept getting worse as Saturday & Sundays off got split to Wednesday and Sunday off. The other thing would be people cussing at you and you not being able to do anything but hang up after the 3rd warning you give the members.
