Safety First Ambulance Response
5yDear employee, I'm sorry you feel like you are being run into the ground. For EMS it is always busy, and the best way for the company to grow, which helps everyone, is to expand its influence in these hospitals. The company making more money means everyone can get more, whether it's benefits or wages.
In terms of benefits, the company offers a shared health plan, vision, short-term disability insurance, accident insurance, paid-time off, shift differential, and more, on top of paying higher wages than virtually every other private ambulance company in the area.
I am sorry if your experience was less than good, and I hope things get better for you, but it would be helpful to explore what the company actually offers before making judgments regarding benefits and other things.
