      Cons

      It comes with all the challenges of a Series B start-up - things break and move way too fast. You have to work hard to be successful.

      Most of the people are a lot of fun and kind

      Cons

      leaders are not who they say they are; honesty and speaking up is punished through a "hunt and kill" approach to people trying to improve on things; most of the company has no insurance or professional working experience, so things are very disorganized and the products constantly fail
