      Pros

      Used to have an appreciation of their staff but over the last few years has changed. Too short period of time to make enormous changes.

      Cons

      Management has changed and has now made it a very uncomfortable environment. Salary and bonus based on very rigid evaluation system.

      Pros

      Co-workers are very nice and great human beings.

      Cons

      Poor pay Poor leadership Terrible work-life balance Non-existent career advancement Zero innovation or desire to be competitive with other eyewear companies Just saw they combined a Brand Director, Brand Mgr, and PR/Comm jobs (3 roles) into one role. The work of 3 now expected to be done by 1 person.
