Less growth, hidden politics and a restricting culture - Peer Review Associate Sage Employee Review

Lot of hidden politics and fake culture. Micromanagement. Growth is less because of Favoritism while budding talent is often suppressed. Overwork is appreciated with those working beyond shift hours getting promotions. Poor ethics- people since long time keep on saving each other and make new people scapegoats to hide their mistakes.
