Pros

Conveniently located not too far from Grand central

Cons

No loyalty to employees who have been there for years. Company is quick to fire people. Too much employee turnover. Everyone is dispensable. They cut out staff and don't hire their replacement so they can put more load on the existing employees to set them up for failure.

The CEO is deeply committed to each employee’s work-life balance and professional growth, leading by example and working just as hard as the rest of the team. Since the transition of department heads, HR has seen a significant and positive transformation. The new HR leader, a long-time employee, is a perfect fit for the role—she genuinely prioritizes both employee well-being and the company’s success. In just a year and a half, her leadership has made a noticeable and meaningful impact. The benefits are exceptional, including unlimited PTO, a 401(k) match, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans—some fully covered by Sage. Company culture continues to improve with a strong emphasis on collaboration, support, and engagement. Employees enjoy regular events to celebrate holidays, milestones, and simply the joy of working together.

Has there been turnover in the past few years? Absolutely—just as there have been exceptional new hires who have contributed to the company’s continued growth and success. Change is a natural part of any organization, and with it comes new opportunities for development, collaboration, and innovation. Pros

Family like environment-true family feel. There are a lot of legacy employees who have worked here from 5 years to 35 years. Promote from within - I have seen many employees who have been promoted within and grow their skill set. Many who are legacy employees, myself included. Great benefits including 401k, unlimited PTO, hybrid work schedule for HQ office, Summer Fridays, paid holidays. promote a healthy work- life balance. Employees are very friendly and really care about the success of each other and the company. CEO is innovative and approachable, Executive Team is friendly and everyone has an open door policy. Culture has improved over the years. HR leadership has changed significantly over the last few years and truly cares about the employees needs and well being. Events for employees to attend, in office and after work hours, including DEI meetings, celebrations for employees milestones, mental health awareness, golf range outings, corporate happy hours etc.

Cons

Improve on communication. It has improved from past years but always room to improve.
