Pros

It's a job. Fairly generous with PTO, not a terribly rigid environment. Not terribly obsessed with numbers and statistics. Really nice people work here. One thing they still really do well is work/life balance. Plus all the people who have been with the company since the start or near the start are awesome, good managers. They just don't seem to be in charge anymore. The owner is way, way more nice than you'd expect of a man in his position. It'll get you a paycheck, but it's not a career.

Cons

Sagenet was an awesome company built from the ground up. Lots of people have worked here for 10 or 20 years, since its founding. People who got hired here never left. Then it merged with SpaceNet and everything changed. Nowadays pay is lower even if you get promoted. Notorious for adding responsibilities and roles without compensation. Simply put, SageNet has been transformed into a top-down bureaucratic management that is financially unstable. Can't afford to pay people for their promotions. New hires are paid less than people who were hired before the merge. There is lots of room for advancement with all the new executive positions they are creating, but they keep hiring from outside the company rather than promoting the people who have worked at SageNet for years.

Pros

Positive, Friendly Culture Learning and Development Wellness Programs

Cons

My tenure there was exceptionally positive. I found the culture and the work environment to be highly supportive, I didn't encounter any significant drawbacks. It was a role that aligned well with my professional values and allowed me to focus entirely on delivering results.

Pros

I think the salary was decent for someone without a similar work experience.

Cons

The managers and majority of the people here are not nice! Or maybe that depends on which department you're working in. But my experience with our manager and department was awful! Everybody was unpleasant! If they're not in a bad mood, they're in a terrible mood!!! It's like there's no positivity here. People were always hostile and unfriendly!
