      Pros

      * The company promotes from within. People have opportunities for career development and training. * The company is flexible and easy to work with translating into customer loyalty. * There is high morale. I enjoy coming into work and I feel that I can make a difference every day. I know that my experience isn't unique. I work with great people who care about what they do.

      Cons

      Cons are hard to come up with. Here's a shot at answering this. The company is experiencing a lot of growth and that can lead to doing things you've never done before. There are some gaps. For general business, there's a roadmap. For new opportunities, there can be some growing pains.

      Exposure to large telecom programs and cross-functional collaboration. Gained experience working with major clients and managing complex operational workflows.

      Cons

      Poor communication from leadership, especially during organizational changes and layoffs. Lack of transparency around business stability and program direction created uncertainty for employees.
