Sagetech is a small company that is very dynamic internally and in the marketplace. It's fun to work for a company that is a leader in the emerging UAV industry and will play a key role in safe operation of UAVs in the future.
The small, growing company in a brand new industry is driven to realize it's vision. This often means hard decisions and sometimes this means tough staff cuts, but it leaves the company stronger. Not exercising the discipline to keep the company lean, and capable would be a disservice those that remain with the company and give it their all, If someone fits the culture and has something to give they will be given the opportunity to build skills and contribute much more than most companies, in this way I see it as a meritocracy, something that is rare in the typically overly-bureaucratically-mired company.
