      Good work culture, nice coworkers

      Cons

      Low confidence in management. Actively slimming down workforce. The number of installation crews went down from 6 earlier this year to 3 as of last week and rumor is they are looking to layoff again to bring it down to 2.

      Pros

      This a great place to work, everyone is so nice. They have great work culture and you can really feel you are part of a Team! and most important WORK-LIFE BALANCE. If you ever have questions or concerns you can reach out to any supervisor/management and they will be able to help you with no hesitation. And there is room for advancement as the company grows.

      There are no crazy problems so far.
