      Pros

      Things I loved: the products, the 50% off employee discount, the environment (so peaceful), educating the customers (which we call Community Members or CM's for short)

      Cons

      Horrible turn over for store manager which impacted the vibe of the store for team member ( I was there 6 months and had 3 store manager), poor leadership choices when it came to higher, district manager unsupportive during major transitions within the store

      My manager at the time was amazing. I loved the way working around all the oils- it was soothing

      No bonus, employees not valued, no benefits.
