The best thing about this company is the fact that the Managing Director is so good towards his workers and is giving extra bonuses once the company is making good business.

The company you may say is "Global" but the one downside is the fact that the HR is running the company like a small time company. You need to play "Politics" if you need to survive.

I don't seen any pros in this company. Some colleagues are nice.

CFO cum HRM wanted to involve in everything. Low efficiency. Double standard. No improvement could be done due to cost control even the improvement only cost 1 cent. Bad working attitude and culture.
