Pros
It's a fun dinner show you cook for others. If you like being the center of attention then it's perfect for you. You make a great commission. Bonuses, prizes, travel, fun.
Cons
You will have to salad cut (go door to door cutting salads) to get leads for dinner shows if you don't have a warm market. You will have to do all aspects of the sale: find lead sources, call the lead to set up a dinner show, buy and prep the good for the show, set up at the house (30min), cook the show (3-4 hrs), sell a set, book more dinners, deliver the cookware they purchase, always be available to help clients who are confused (which is all the time).
