      Good focus on work/life balance. Prioritizes and values diversity and continuing education. Premium-free health insurance.

      Cons

      As is the case with any company in the financial industry, the organization is effected by the ups and downs of the economy and rates--things that are kind of out of our control. That said, Salal has proven itself to be a stable and resilient organization.

      No proper management and no real value placed on employees’ work. If you know the right people, you may have a chance; otherwise, it can negatively impact your career growth.
