Only good thing I can think of is the teammates

Worst company you can ever work for. If you want to join a toxic company where hard work is not recognized, errors are deducted from salary (is that even legal?!), and overtime work is unpaid, then this is the company you are looking for. If you value your mental health and work life balance, DO NOT APPLY. This company will ruin your life. The CEO thinks he’s doing the world a huge favor just because he provides jobs for people, but does not care about how he treats employees (and he treats them like dirt). He thinks he’s all that just because he’s the CEO and has “money”, his sense of entitlement is otherwordly. The only reason this company even has positive reviews is because they offered to pay their employees a bonus if they left a positive review. How laughable.

You get a good experience working with them with different clients.

Cons

The training method is not efficient. The CEO is rude and unprofessional. Way more reports than needed everyday. Before you login and log out. They need to use a better CRM's. Almost no communication for help when you start working, most of the staff have over load, and wouldn't respond. I used to ask my colleague to ask any questions that I had. And the best part, they're always firing and hiring lol. It doesn't matter if you're keeping your KPI's. Not stable at all. And they pay you your comissions after you work for 6 months, but if you get fired before the 6 months nothing is payed which was totally unfair.
