Terrible company with zero work-life balance. Management is extremely toxic, HR provides no support, and the work environment is built on fear, overwork, and micromanagement. You’re treated like a robot and pressured to stay beyond your shift, sometimes even threatened for leaving after 8 hours. They also rely heavily on employees who depend on visa sponsorship and take advantage of that vulnerability. Overall, the culture is hostile, controlling, and unhealthy. Avoid this place at all costs.
