      Pros

      Good, smart people and lead exec is very loyal. Good work is rewarded and many opportunities to try new things.

      Cons

      There is a great deal of focus but the target keeps moving which disrupts growth. Poor direction for what actions will most impactful. There are certainly favorites that benefit more than others.
