SalesOptimize is an up-and-coming technology company that has achieved a lot and has grown significantly since I joined just over a year ago. I enjoy the work and there is always a good atmosphere. The company’s rapid growth in the short time I have worked here has been phenomenal and I am excited for the coming year plans. I have found the work interesting and diverse. I am looking forward to more to come. The office has a nice open plan layout. The small team working at SalesOptimize make it easy to get to know everyone and settle in. The teams are talented and easy to get along with, and everyone is always happy to help each other. The CEO is passionate in her work but is happy to delegate and let you run with it. Which gives you the freedom to take charge and make a difference. I would recommend working here because we are a young tech company growing quickly which offers many opportunities for personal growth and career progression. Building teams is a key goal for the upcoming year and I am looking forward expanding my own team further.

Being a small company means you need to wear many hats. This can be challenging as sometimes you need to learn on the job but is a great opportunity to broaden my skillset and identify what areas really interests me.

Undoubtedly we are google for business. A very energetic and positive environment with so much to learn and grow. We have solved so many interesting and challenging problems in market-intellegence space. We have built our reputation to the extent that now we have most of the fortune 500 companies as our customers. The team at SalesOptimize is like a family with welcoming and friendly colleagues. The work culture is super cool with flexible working hours. Excellent office space and location. Easy to commute. Our CEO Liz is extremely helpful and in spite of being busy she takes out the time to help us whenever needed. She is always full of ideas and open to suggestions. All I can say about her is she's an incredible leader. There are some interesting projects in progress in the field of Machine Learning and AI which makes us a topmost player in this sector. We have built an amazing product and I am sure we will take it to the next level with our disruptive innovation.

One has to be hard-working, dedicated and should have the thirst to learn. Not sure if that would be a con though ;).
