Most employees pose themselves as good individuals giving their life to help the poor. Not only could this be further from the truth but many times, they end up hurting the poor while they battle each other with inner politics. This issue could easily be solved if management would get it's act together. Aside from the short leash they have most employees on, they make decisions based on who seems to be more religious. Worst of all, they don't hesitate to clear anyone out of their way if they are on the wrong side of the fence. Be warned, do not trust these people, they are only loyal to their bank accounts.
