Manager & team were always very helpful and communicative. Getting to take home new products to try so we could provide personal feedback to customers about the products. Chill & enjoyable work environment. Flexible scheduling. Open communication.

Starting wage and pay in general should be more. With a company that has so many locations around the country you'd expect them to take care of their employees more. We all deserve to get paid a livable wage! Corporate employees and CEO's shouldn't be making more than front line workers!

The discount was nice while I was in beauty school

Our schedule changed often, and without warning. Our manager and district manager refused to hire enough staff. The pay was bad, the hours were worse. Manager gave all hours to herself and her assistant manager. The other three employees got around 8-10 hours weekly.
