Poor management ruined the company with lack of direction and mismanagement of funds

There are no pros to working at Salt Flats whatsoever.

They have no business. They haven't paid some or all of the current employees for months. The health insurance and benefits was cancelled because Salt Flats did not pay the benefits administrators. They misappropriated my 401k contributions from my very first pay period, The CEO owes literally millions of dollars to the IRS and state taxes - both for personal taxes and payroll taxes for employees. They got evicted from the office. This just isn't a real company. HR and other senior management all quit at the same time. The CEO uses sister company Optimity Advisors to secure loans for personal residences - multi-million dollar properties. Before interacting with these people, please please just google "lawsuits against Optimity Advisors" or "Lawsuits against Salt Flats." Do not go near this company.
