      False advertising and bad ethics - Division Manager Salt Optics Employee Review

      Pros

      They have a few good people that enjoy working with the other few good people.

      Cons

      They use deception to push their employees to work past their roles. In my experience the HR department breaks many california labor laws and discrimination laws on a regular basis. There is literally no diversity, every single role outside of customer service is held by a white boy from Orange County.

      Pros

      • Fantastic incentives and end of year bonuses • Energetic team • Spectacular product makes for easy selling • Dog-friendly office • Large budget for each department to grow • Fun company functions and monthly book club • Company is doing very well and will continue to do so

      Cons

      • Many decisions often made emotionally • Energetic team can sometimes be distracting/stifling • One person per department - you have to wear MANY different hats without proper compensation for added job responsibilities • Glass ceiling
