Pros

I've been working at Salt for the past couple of months, and I can honestly say that it's been an incredible experience so far. One thing that really sets Salt apart is the company culture. The leadership team is incredibly supportive and always willing to listen to new ideas and feedback. They're also committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, which is something that's very important to me. In terms of the work itself, I feel challenged and engaged every day. Our technology is cutting-edge, and we're constantly pushing ourselves to stay ahead of the curve. I've had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from developing new features to conducting vulnerability assessments for our clients. Another thing I appreciate about Salt is the emphasis on work-life balance. While we work hard, there's also a recognition that employees have lives outside of work. There are flexible scheduling options available, and the company encourages taking time off to recharge. Overall, I highly recommend Salt to anyone interested in cybersecurity and looking for a dynamic, supportive workplace. It's been an incredible year, and I'm excited to see what the future holds for this company.
