Pros

The company offers standard benefits and predictable working hours. Some team members are polite and try to be helpful within the limits of the environment.

Cons

Leadership style heavily leans toward micromanagement and excessive control. Even routine tasks are overseen to a degree that disrupts productivity more than it supports it. Training, onboarding, and communication are inconsistent at best. Expectations shift without warning, which makes it difficult to understand priorities or succeed in the role. Support is limited. When questions arise, guidance is minimal or delayed, yet employees are still held fully accountable for unclear or uncommunicated standards. Workplace culture does not match what is presented during the hiring process. What is marketed as collaborative and supportive often feels stressful, draining, and overly critical. Communication from leadership can be unprofessional, creating an environment where employees feel scrutinized rather than developed. Turnover is noticeably high, and it quickly becomes clear why. Growth and development opportunities are practically nonexistent. The role remains stagnant, and employees are not coached upward — only monitored. Values communicated externally do not align with day-to-day actions internally. This creates a sense of constant misalignment and undermines trust. Overall, the environment is more reactive than strategic, resulting in preventable stress for employees who simply want clarity, consistency, and respect.

Pros

Saltech is a great place if you're self-motivated and looking to break into the world of tech sales or business development. You get hands-on experience with a wide range of industries and services—web, IT, digital marketing, software—which keeps things fresh. Leadership gives you a lot of freedom to explore new outreach strategies and build genuine relationships with clients. Commission structure is fair, and your success is truly in your own hands.

Cons

Because it's a growing company, there isn’t a rigid structure in place for every process—so you need to be adaptable and willing to help build things from the ground up. At times, expectations can shift.

Pros

I would say a pro is that they are a growing company but it seems like they just keep going through the same cycle of hiring a fresh batch of people, providing no training, and then things don't pan out well. The opportunity is there for growth. They just really need to improve their business to get there. They have a new office, free lunches on Fridays, and are actually decently

Cons

Lower pay, Their "leadership" team is just an operations person and the founder. Could definitely use more leadership support. Needs a training structure for every department.
