I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Saltgate. From day one, I was struck by how friendly, welcoming, and supportive everyone was. Saltgate is a very dynamic organisation—there’s always plenty going on, and you’re constantly learning. The fast pace means you’re never bored, and you gain meaningful exposure to different areas of the business, which really helps broaden your skillset. Of course, like any job, there were frustrations at times, but they were far outweighed by the great atmosphere and the fantastic people I worked with.
