Pros
The upper level corporation of Sam and Tony Pack have a great philosophy and value culture in the dealerships. Store level management needs review.
Cons
People go into the car business to make money. Even achieving record sales for the dealership resulted in no rewards for the mid level managers. We were expected to live from our savings while working bell to bell several, if not six days a week. After I left they even withheld the washout from a record setting month. All mid level sales manager left in a month and a half period. That ought to speak volumes because we were the best of the best.
