Pros
Pay is very competative and on the upper end. It's a good job if you have no desire to better yourself or to move up the ranks.
Cons
Don't expect to be promoted unless you're hired by a good friend or relative in the higher ranks. So if you accept a job it will most likely be the only job you ever have there except for possibly a parallel move or entry level jobs promoted to sales. Nepotism is rampant in the group.
