      Pros

      The people and dealerships optics are great. Laid back and relaxed atmosphere and management. Coworkers are often helpful and nice to be around. I have nothing but respect for those I work with.

      Cons

      Systems always have a problem. Something is down or not working right, and our jobs are often hindered by such problems. Printers often break. Making money often depends on luck.
