      1- 5 working days/week 2- better workplace 3- salary gets credited in time

      Cons

      High business pressure Staff attrition is very high No support from higher authorities No one will listen to your ground level problems, everyone just need to drive business. Frequent change in process and policy Very less annual increment Being in operation also you have to do all the works of HR,Admin and training department.
