There is only 15 sick leave For use you have to give them Prof that you are sick. Means u have to upload dr. Prescription and letter for leave even for 1 day. 4. They will take you for granted and give u anything anytime for work or shift. 5. They make policy according to their profits not for employees. And they changed it whenever they want without Periyar notice. 6. Office culture is very disturbed and strict. 7. If you are good at work then they give you work not money. 8. There is not working life balance. 9. You have to fight for casual leave. Vo bhi lose of pay par Itna sunne ke baad bhi join karna h to jao and enjoy.
