      - Great work environment - Employees have power to decide on products - Managers foster an environment that encourages employees to be creative, innovative and proactive

      Cons

      - Great learning environment, but with few opportunities for career growth - Low salaries and few benefits - Some managers are totally unable to evaluate performance and recognize tallent people.

      You have the freedom to start new projects and take in responsibilities.

      The management was not always present and job descriptions weren’t 100% defined so we would get a little lost sometimes.
