      They say that first level managers are the most important part of the business but they treat them the opposite. Heavy workload, a lot of responsible, no functioning support functions and very low pay

      Lovely leadership. Consistent in instructions. Good place to find a long term work

      Leadership that values longer employed staff then newer. Inconsistency in rules. They like to have favorite employees. They lack good communication among employees.
